Pneumatic Pipe Cutting Machine
A completely pneumatic pipe saw In Exact family. It is designed mainly for to be used to cut assembled pipes in a ditch, but it can be also used on the pipe supports like any other Exact pipe saw.

This pneumatic pipe cutting machine has been designed and developed for the main purpose of cutting cement lined cast iron pipe material for repair and maintenance applications in the water utility market sector.

The market demand behind it’s introduction onto the market was for an Air driven saw that cuts this type of pipe material in a fixed position underground with the pipe encapsulated with water.

The PipeCut Air 360 model meets these demands and has been enthusiastically received by utility companies from the date of it’s official launch.

In addition our PipeCut Air 360 offers users the opportunity to cut plastic pipe material and for cutting steel pipes albeit the latter having a short lifetime of the saw blade before it becomes blunt and requires to be sharpened or replaced.

Pipe Cutter purely for Stainless Steel pipe cutting
New Exact PipeCut INOX 220 is portable and handy tool for stainless steel and acid-resistant pipe cutting. The set-up is fast and simple. Clean and user-friendly design makes it easy to mount on pipe sizes 20 mm – 220 mm (0.8″ – 8.7″) and up with a maximum wall thickness of 12.5 mm (0.5″).

The INOX 220 produces accurate and fast pipe cuts and like all other EXACT machines. The laser pointer shows precise cutting point on pipe.

The machine is supplied with our new INOX 140 blade which provides the best performance in blade life. In fact, the blade life and performance is tremendously improved compared to all previous exact products intended for stainless steel pipe cutting.

As the name indicates, Infinity is pipe cutting without boundaries in terms of cutting capacity for pipe outside diameter. You can basically cut all pipe sizes (outside diameter) from 360 mm (14”) upwards.

Exact Infinity is a completely new type of pipe cutting system, unlike the other exact models, it uses a chain type of gripping mechanism. Thanks to the flexibility of the chain segments, it allows you to extend the chain segment gripping unit as much as you like.

Thanks to this innovative method, the boundaries of pipe cutting diameter limitations are no longer an issue.

Also available as a Cut+Bevel option for cutting and beveling cast iron & plastic pipes in one process.

Infinity is available in (3) different models depending on your needs

Infinity can cut all pipes from OD 14″ / 360 mm upwards: Steel, stainless steel, plastics, cast/ductile iron.

Special blade guard and disc for cutting and bevelling cast iron are standard equipment in Cut+Bevel model. Also the cutting depth adjustment is a standard feature on Cut+Bevel model. This mechanism allows you to cut multi-layer pipes, on any pipe materials as needed.

The Infinity Plus model has constant saw feed with power drill connection: the model has a gearbox, that can be connected to a power drill for even easier working. Plus model has also the cutting depth adjustment.

The gearbox and cutting depth adjustment mechanism are also available separately, if needed.

The standard equipment of Infinity includes chains to cover pipe sizes (outside diameter) from 360 mm (14”) to 1850 mm (73”).

If you need chains to cut pipes over 1850 mm (73”), simply order additional chain segments, which are sold in 2 m (78”) increments.

A safe, precise and very powerful, yet compact hydraulic pipe cutting system compared to other cutting methods. Suitable for wet and even underwater solutions.

Pipe saw for large diameter plastic pipe cutting
A new, unique pipe cutting solution without compare for large diameter plastic pipes.

With this machine you will cut pipe sizes from 2.3″ to 39.4″.

The cutting capacity for max. pipe wall thickness is 2.9”. When using Cut+Bevel 190 blade for bevelling the pipe edge at the same time, the max. wall thickness is 1,6 “.

Mainly invented and intended for large diameter plastic pipes, but additionally you can also cut smaller pipes.

As the machine is a special pipe saw for plastic pipe cutting, most of the most common plastic pipes can be cut. This includes pipe materials such as PP, PE, PVC, HDPE.

You will make seamless cuts directly on-site (or wherever the pipe is located at). The set-up is easy as is the operating of machine.

The pipe cutting result is accurate and straight. Thanks to the lightweightness, the saw is convenient to move around.

The content includes a safety strap that can be fastened around the pipe, ensuring maximum safety by stabilizing the machine in position. Additionally, we developed completely new saw blades, TCT 250 mm and Cut+Bevel 190 mm, that are separately orderable.

The separately orderable Cut+Bevel 190 saw blade is the way to go when you need to cut and bevel plastic pipe in one process. The specifically designed blade simultaneously cuts the pipe and makes a smooth 15 degrees bevel at the same time.

Cutting point precision. The machine is equipped with a laser pointer for easy defining of pipe’s cutting point. The laser can be easily switched on or off.
Straight and fast cuts. Thanks to the machine’s powerful features, fast and accurate cuts are the key benefits of this pipe cutting machine.
Avoid motor overheating. The motor unit has a guiding lights feature that as the name says, guides the user on the motor heating.
Forget cleaning. The pipe saw has a vacuum port, which can be attached to industrial vacuum cleaner to drain all the plastic chips.

Intended specially for cutting stainless steel and acid-proof stainless steel pipes.

The blade is cutting edge technology from the world’s top blade engineers and in our cutting tests we were able to make over 100 cuts without re-sharpening the blade. The result is record-breaking compared to our other blades intended for cutting stainless steel. The test pipe was 169 OD, 3 mm wall thickness, 304L stainless.

The blade’s hard metal tip is optimal for working on hard materials and it leaves minimal burr on pipe end. The new technology also reduces chipping forces which provides better accuracy when blade is getting dull in work. This means less adjusting work and better results.

Saw blade for all-around plastic pipe cutting

TCT P190 is a large saw blade intended for cutting of various plastic pipe materials, such as PP, PE, PVC etc.

TCT P blades are specifically designed for plastic pipe cutting. This blade type provides the most all-around cutting for soft and hard plastic materials.

Why? The blade teeth are larger than in typical TCT and the spacing is also larger, which allows more room for the larger plastic chunks, thus not clogging so easily while cutting.

The tips of blade are tungsten carbide tips for general use. The blade is long lasting on plastic pipe cutting application, but when the tips do start to become blunt, the blade can be sharpened to renew the sharpness. This can be done a few times over the blade’s total life cycle.

If you want to easen the plastic pipe cutting even further, we recommend to look at our optional extra blade guard, BGTVP, that is included with a vacuum connection slot.
